Born and raised in Chicago, Michael relocated to Los Angeles in 1980, began his real estate career in 1984, and became a licensed Broker in 1986. Over the years, he has represented clients from the Simi Valley to Long Beach and as far east as San Bernadino and Palm Springs, gaining extensive expertise across the Westside, South Bay, and even internationally in Europe and Africa.
Known for thinking outside the box, Michael is recognized for creating innovative investment strategies and identifying solutions before challenges arise. He collaborates closely with partner Ben Schick, who brings over 30 years of construction and real estate development experience. Together, their combined perspective creates a powerful advantage for residential, commercial, and income property clients alike.
